ASUS Republic of Gamers Announces Fourth Leg of ROG Community Challenge

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive ROG Community Challenge continues at PAX West

Taipei, Taiwan (30th August, 2016) — ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) today announced the fourth leg of the ROG Join the Republic Community Challenge at PAX West, which will be held at Seattle, Washington from 2nd-5th September, 2016. The challenge features eight Counter-Strike: Global Offensive teams, each helmed by some of the biggest names in gaming and eSports.
For four intense days, visitors to the ASUS ROG booth can challenge each other and pro-gamer Erik “fl0m” Flom in a series of unique Counter-Strike: Global Offensive challenges to earn a spot on his PAX West team for the Join the Republic Grand Final. The selected players will join other gamers selected from the Join the Republic Community Challenges at Dreamhack, Gamescom and Taipei Challenge at the Grand Final at the end of the year.
The two final ROG Join the Republic Community Challenges will be held at Paris Games Week and PAX Aus.
Visitors can also view the latest gaming hardware at the ASUS ROG booth, including the new ROG GL702 and G800 gaming laptops that are powered by Intel® Core™ i7 processors and NVIDIA® graphics cards designed around the latest NVIDIA Pascal™ architecture.
