Users can also conduct their businesses on the ASUS P30A safely, with AI Pre-boot Finger Login from which users have to scan their finger via the scanner prior to system boot-up. The ASUS P30A also incorporates the Anti-theft technology whereby an embedded Intel® security chip tracks the stolen notebook and secures the data within even before the perpetrator can access it. Finally, there is the AI Secure Delete which allows users to securely delete any sensitive data completely with no opportunity for others to retrieve them.

Encased in a magnesium alloy skeleton beneath its chassis, the ASUS P30A’s inner frame acts like a roll-cage similar to that of a racing car, and in doing so provide a notebook that is able to withstand the knocks and bumps of day to day computing. Data housed in the ASUS P30A is also equally protected with ShockShield Data Protection, whereby the scanning needle of the hard disk drive moves away from the disc to prevent scratching and otherwise damaging the data written inside it. A spill-proof keyboard prevents liquids from entering the internals of the notebook, and provides a safer computing environment for the business users.
