      ASUS eMedia automatically detects disc usage and optimizes the playback capability for a quiet performance and faster copy speed.

      OAS (Optimal Adjustment Strategy)

      ASUS exclusive OAS provides quality burning with intelligent burning design, which allows lower speed during defeated source area and higher speed during normal source area.

      OTS (Optimal Tuning Strategy)

      With OTS, the drive will perform a test before really burning which generate the optimal burning strategy automatically for the best burning quality.

      AVRS (Auto Vibration Reducing System)

      With AVRS technology, ASUS DRW-22D1S provides high readability and playability.
      AVRS technology minimizes the spindle motor's vibration and the resonance between components, drives, and PC cases. It also minimizes the vibration and noise caused by the unbalanced mass of rotating machinery.

      E-Green (Energy Green Engine)

      ASUS E-Green Engine technology features the E-Green Mode, which automatically closes drive applications that are not in use to help conserve energy. This decreases CO2 emissions and help reduce the depletion of trees.
