We were particularly impressed by the interface used by ASUS, which was both intuitive and powerful. Setup was a breeze, and the extra features like printer sharing are on par with the competition. Add the $200 pricepoint to the feature list and this is a very tempting product. more

    DSL-N55U Annex A

    PC World Best Buy

All up, the ASUS DSL-N55U N600 is a great little router that excels in storage support and data sharing, and it can be purchased for under $160, which we think makes it good value. Its wireless performance was relatively swift and very reliable and the router overall never gave us problems once it was properly set up. This is important because the latest firmware is needed in order to make use of the USB applications such as AiCloud, Download Master and Media Server. The default firmware for this router only came with Download Master and it was not until we updated that we were able to use the Media Server and AiCloud features. The only other issue is that installing AiCloud was a little fiddly and we had to manually reset the router a couple of times before it would work. more

ASUS has put together a solid HD 7790 with the addition of a black PCB that makes the card look really great. Throw in the copy of BioShock Infinite, with the $149.99 price tag, and you've got yourself a really strong product that hits at an excellent price point, and is well worth your consideration. more

Overall, ASUS has delivered an excellent entry point for the 27in segment of monitors. It's still a lot more expensive than a 24in alternative, but this is fantastic value for money if you're looking for a bigger display.

The ASUS P8Z77-V PREMIUM is truly an awesome motherboard that has a huge amount going for it. The price point means it's not for everyone and the inclusion of the mSATA SSD isn't going to be for everyone. Nonetheless, this is a fantastic motherboard from the folks over at ASUS. more

    Tweaktown Editor's Choice Award!

ASUS as you'd hope and expect has put together a great motherboard here and there's no denying that if you're looking at spending this kind of money, it's a great option. With the current rebate offer we'd highly recommend spending the extra $10 for Thunderbolt option. Even if you don't use it now, it could be a more attractive option when reselling the board if you keep it for only 12 - 18 months as you get bitten by the upgrade bug that seems to constantly hit. more
