    Responsibilities
    The Customer Care Representative works within the After Sales Department of ASUS Iberia and is responsible for resolving customer concerns and complaints through direct phone contact and written correspondence. This individual is entrusted with emulating the ASUS brand as they effectively and efficiently resolve each issue. They are expected to delight their customer by communicating exceptional solutions in a courteous and timely manner. Additionally, the Customer Care Representative will compile information from each customer interaction into a mainframe reporting system. The accounts and insight that the individual provides to the management team will be integral in improving the day-to-day operations of the Consumer Relations department.
    After Sales Department, leads the way in employee engagement by offering unique incentive program that encourage our Customer Service Representatives to exceed their performance goals. Each Customer Service Representative is given the opportunity and support to develop a career path within the organization.
    All hired candidates are expected to attend two weeks of training, beginning with their start
    Basic Qualifications
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 12 or more months of Customer Service experience
    • Proven ability to solve complex customer issues and think independently.
    • Clear capacity to analyze, plan and act in order to solve different issues.
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and write in Spanish.
    • Good communication skills, verbal and write in Spanish.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • 2 or more years of contact center and/or customer service environment experience
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    • Organized and methodic person.
    • Wide knowledge of IT hardware.
    • Good ability to work under pressure and adaptation to new processes and systems.
    • Capacity of fast learning.
    • Clear team work orientation.
    • Portuguese skills are highly appreciated.
