Detailed information with respect to How to play and prize awarding, and ASUS Terms of Use Notice and ASUS Privacy Policy constitutes part of these Terms and Conditions ("Conditions"). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. You (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.

• The Promotion is held worldwide (“Promotional Territory”) and commences on October 9, 2013 at 8:00 AM (GMT) and terminates on November 13, 2013 at 8:00 AM (GMT) ("Promotional Period") .
• Employees of ASUS and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons or entities, are NOT ELIGIBLE for the Promotion.
• Those people who would like to participate this Promotion during the Promotional Period (“You”) acknowledge the followings:
  • You shall be the age of majority of the country you reside in within the Promotional Territory.
  • You have to be a registered ASUS member, and log in the Promotion Website to participate the Promotion.
  • Upload a link to your picture (such as from Instagram/Flickr/Imgur) into this thread to show your creativity and passion of gold during Submission Period. One ASUS member can only post one link which includes one or more pictures during the Promotional Period. The picture should contain any ASUS Product linked to gold color in visual, wording or any other format; You are sole responsible for the picture upload by you, please see section 2 of ASUS Terms of Use Notice for more details. The picture should be marked with your name or ID in any format such as watermark, signature or shown in the photo.
  • An ASUS member can only submit one picture, duplicated uploading is prohibited.
  • ASUS will choose 1 Prize winner in each week based on creativity and originality.
  • Competing Expert Prizes: each Prize winner can win An ASUS Z87-PRO Motherboard and a NFC Express.

    • The Prize winner will be announced a week after the end of the Promotional Period (“Announcement Date”) on Promotion Website, ROG Forum thread and contacted by E-Mail.
    • Prize winner will be contacted by E-Mail from ASUS and Prize winners shall provide ASUS their shipping information within two weeks after the Announcement Date. In the event that any failure of a Prize winner to provide the contact information is deemed a waiver of the right for a Prize, and ASUS, on its sole discretion, has the right to pick again for the next Prize winner.
    • When You uploaded, transmitted, inputted or provided the information of Woks to the Promotion Website, You grant You, its affiliates and subsidiaries, a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-revocable, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable right to promote and distribute part or all of the Information in any media formats with any manner, including without limitation to modify, reproduce, public broadcast, public transmission, adapt, distribute, publish, public release, or otherwise use the Information.
    • You must behave in accordance with the Conditions, and must not be in violation of any applicable laws and regulations. ASUS reserves the right to verify the validity of Your qualification at any time during or after the Promotional Period, and reserves the right to disqualify You (even a Winner) from this Promotion including the prize qualification who constitutes any misconduct for tampering or suspicion of tampering with the Promotion without any notice.
