    Wie zoeken we?
    ASUS Benelux is op zoek naar een creatief grafisch ontwerper om binnen het marketing team onze grafisch ontwerper te ondersteunen. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het uitwerken van concepten tot concrete materialen (zowel offline als digitaal). De nadruk zal liggen op het zelf creëren van instore POSM (posters, flyers, product brochures, etc.) voor in onze Shop in Shops. Ook zal je ondersteunen in het aanleveren van digitale banners voor onze online campagnes.

    Your responsibilities:

    JOB TITLE - ADMINISTRATOR SYS:

    REPORTING :

    -Direct supervisor : EUS department manager / account manager


    1.Tasks :
    •Guiding the credit process form Asus products all over Europe to distributors and end-users.
    •Reporting these credits in Excel and send it to our headquarters.
    •Work with three different systems to check these credits.
    •Maintaining contact with the HQ, other service points in Europe and our call center.
    •Based on reports, follow up and check the analysis and actions plan from related region.

    2.Requirements:
    Education: MBO+/ HBO level.
    Work experience: You have an administrative/ service related background.
    Languages: You speak and write fluently English.
    üYou are capable of working in a fast changing environment and are flexible.
    üYou have a high stress level, are logical and analytical.
    üYou are capable of working independently and you have a high responsibility level.
