    FUNCTIE: Retail Account Manager NL

    Within the Netherlands sales team we are responsible for selling the company's portfolio of products to channel partners. Main task for the Retail Account Manager is to achieve targets and to create a strong network of (solution) partners. This will have to be a multi-level relationship with a trusted advisor role. Next to that the interaction with our distributors is very important. The Retail Account Manager will directly report to the Sales Manager.
    Working with channel partners is a challenging and therefore very exciting environment to work in. These very different and sometimes large partners play a very important role in the growth for Asus.

    FUNCTIE: Jr. Service Account Manager

    1. Account manager must :
    1. Play as single point of contact towards service partners and customers for Service & Support.
    2. Discuss/ negotiate and implement standardized Service agreements when required.
    3. Control service activities to be aligned with Asus SLA, local regulations; define action plan
    and follow up with service partners in order to improve Customer Satisfaction
    4. Actively support sales objectives in Distribution/Retail by best means and best T&C for Asus

    2. Key Responsibilities :
    • Service partners Agreements. Account Manager negotiates the service agreements with service providers in terms of KPI and costs under supervision of EUS department manager. Account manager will hold weekly/ monthly con call with service partners to monitor service level. Account manager will hold on site QBR to service partners
    • SLA with retailers. Account Manager is the facilitator of service relations between Asus customers and Asus partners about customer service.
    • Service Business Development. Account Manager support Sales and Marketing teams to negotiate Asus warranty service terms to win market share in the country Distribution/Retail Market. Account manager will support sales on special agreements with retailers on following Asus service guidelines
    • Business Review on site are to be held on regularly basis with Asus sales team and Asus Key-customers in order to align service performance to customer requests.
    • Inspiring Innovation, Persistent Perfection. Account manager has responsibility to continuously innovate service processes in order to achieve the highest quality by higher efficiency and lower cost.

    3. Requirements :
    Education: Min. Bachelor degree
    Languages: English excellent level both writing and word
    Capable to work in fast changing environment; handle high stress level; logical and analytical;
    Excellent communication skills; Experience in similar position; very good knowledge of MS Office; willing to travel

    FUNCTIE: Team Leader Packing

    ASUS Holland BV is the European Service Center worldwide group ASUSTek which producing motherboards and other IT products.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Responsible for the packing, store in and ship of electronic products on two locations
    • make shipments ready for the supply chain in and out of Europe.
    • Monitoring of logistic process to meet the deadlines.
    • Planning of activities like packing, picking and ship-out based on day and week planning
    • To monitor and manage team members (Hiring, resigning, performance appraisal)
    • To assist manager to manage the daily operation, team demands and requests
    • To check and evaluate team members' output and efficiency
    • To adopt improvement methods when necessary
    • To offer guidance and support to help with team quality and daily operation

    -Direct supervisor : Product Service Managers (PSM) / Project Managers (PM)

    1.Tasks :
    1.Assisting the daily jobs of Product Service Managers and Project Managers of the dept.
    2.Working in different systems to make varies reports under instruction of the PSM/PM
    3.Follow up routine checking on repair partners or internal processes in different departments,
    basing on instructions from PSM/PM.
    4.If necessary, maintaining contact with the HQ and other service points in Europe.
    5.Based on reports, follow up and check the analysis and actions plan from related region.

    Education: MBO+
    Work experience: You have an administrative/ service related background.
    Languages: You speak and write fluently English.

    Job Description

    Product management in the Benelux region
    Conduct market surveys on product/price, define monthly product lineup based on headquarter supply.

    Work with sales team and customers to setup promotional activities.
    Coordinate between sales team and headquarter supply team to ensure healthy product fulfillment.
    Conduct market analysis and provide reports to headquarter for future product planning.
    Conduct sales analysis and provide reports to sales team to setup market strategy.
    Develop roadmaps and product strategy and communicate marketing plan with marketing team.
    Generate weekly reports and process claims.
