    Retail Account Manager Belgium
    Asus Benelux is looking for a new person for a Retail Account manager position, helping to grow the Notebook and Tablet business with our resellers throughout Belgium.

    Job Specifications:

    Within the Belgium sales team we are looking for Retail account manager. Main task for the Retail account manager is to achieve targets and to create a strong relationship with partners. This will have to be a multi-level relationship with a trusted advisor role. Next to that the interaction with our distributors is very important. The retail account manager will directly report to the Belgium Sales Manager.

    Working with channel partners is a challenging and therefore very exciting environment to work in. These very different and sometimes large partners play a very important role in the growth for Asus.

    All in all an interesting and challenging position for people that want to be creative in finding new ways of doing business!
    Requirements:

    Emmen (service)

    Jr. Account Manager EUC

    Account manager must :


    1. Play as single point of contact towards service partners and customers for Service & Support.
    2. Discuss/ negotiate and implement standardized Service agreements when required.
    3. Control service activities to be aligned with Asus SLA, local regulations; define action plan
    and follow up with service partners in order to improve Customer Satisfaction
    4. Actively support sales objectives in Distribution/Retail by best means and best T&C for Asus

    Key responsibilities :

    Service partners Agreements. Account Manager negotiates the service agreements with external call centers in terms of KPI and costs under supervision of EUC department manager. Account manager will hold weekly/ monthly conf. call with service partners to monitor service level. Account manager will participate QBR meetings with the service partners together with the in country service team(s).

    SLA with Call center partner. Account Manager is the facilitator of service relations between the Asus local branches and the Asus partners about customer service.

    Service Business Development. Account Manager support the local Asus teams to implement new business processes to increase service levels in the country and account. Account manager will support the local service team on special agreements with the partner following Asus service guidelines.

    Business Review are to be held on a regularly basis with Asus service team and Asus Key-accounts in order to align service performance to customer and region requests.

    Requirements:

    Education: Min. MBO+/HBO degree
    Languages: English excellent level both writing and word
    Work experience in a call centerrvice center is an advantage
    Capable to work in fast changing environment; handle high stress level; logical and analytical;
    Excellent communication skills; Experience in similar position; very good knowledge of MS Office; willing to travel

    · Berekeningen maken en processen opvolgen met het Hoofdkantoor in Taipei
    · Contact onderhouden met het hoofdkantoor in Taipei over het betalingsverkeer tussen klant en Asus
    · Aannemen en afhandelen van binnenkomende- en uitgaande gesprekken met klanten
    · Het ondersteunen van het sales team met betrekking tot contact met key accounts
    · Bijkomende administratieve werkzaamheden

    Rapportage:
