    Als Digital Marketing Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle online marketing. Samen met de activiteiten van de rest van het marketing team zorg je voor een 360 graden marketing en communicatie richting de consument.

    Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

    •Het opzetten, tracken en optimaliseren van online en offline campagnes.
    De marketing manager zet de strategie uit voor de media inkoop. Hieronder vallen o.a. online zoals Google en performance campagnes; social media zoals Facebook; print en ooh. Vervolgens zet jij de campagne op en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de campagne. Je zit hier bovenop om zo elke campagne tot een succes te maken.
    •De nadruk ligt op online, maar ook zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor de inkoop van print en OOH.
    •Het opzetten van een database zodat campagnes met elkaar vergeleken kunnen worden. Zo kun je insights genereren voor optimalisatie op het gebied van design, channel en audience.

    Kwalificaties
    •2-3 jaar ervaring in een soort gelijke functie
    •Afgeronde HBO of WO Bachelor in de richting marketing, communicatie of economie.
    •Ervaring in het opzetten van online marketing campagnes, inclusief het tracken en optimaliseren
    •Ervaring met Google Analytics is een must
    •Ervaring in retail is een pre
    •Affiniteit met channel marketing is een pre

    REPORTING:
    oYou will report to the department manager
    The running process now controlled in Excel and Access need to run complete in Access and stored on and SQL database controlled by Manager and MIS. To inform Manager and MIS regarding changes, updates or new developments and OLA (operation level agreement) need to be maintained by the programmer. The job will be done on the work floor.

    1. Job description:

    •Responsible for developing in regional marketing strategy for Benelux markets and setting local market objectives/goals, in alignment with HQ marketing strategy and plans.
