    Singapore

    • Channel Sales
      Job level: Junior Level
      Field: Sales

    PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVES :
      1. Maintain and develop strong relationship with new & existing account.
      2. Arrange product & FAB training for distributors and dealers. Execute incentive programs.
      3. Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop markets. Proactively seek to increase sales opportunities.
      4. Design channel programs and marketing activities such as trade/road shows and promotions.
      5. Monitor Asus market pricing and stock reports. Increase shopfront presence, achieve sales targets and grow market share. Allocate sales promoters in dealer shops.
      6. Collect and feedback about dealer's selling / product / service problem.
      7. Conduct sales presentation as and when required.
      8. Other duties as assigned by the sales manager.

    REQUIREMENTS :
    Must:
      1. Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary, A level, Professional Certification, Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
      2. Singapore PR and citizens ONLY.

    Preferable:
      1. Coordinate/Communicate with major Chinese spoken customers, bilingual in English and Chinese is preferable.
      2. 2 years of working experience and strong passion for sales.
      3. An IT fanatic, self-starter & observer.
      4. Excellent presentation & inter-personal skills.

    • Customer Service Executives
      Job level: Junior Level
      Field: Customer Service/ Administrator

    PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVES :
      1. To ensure a smooth and accurate logistics management which includes order fulfillment and processing orders from overseas distributors.
      2. Raise request for PI (Performa Invoice) from in-house system. Ensure customers pay on time. Timely support and Liaise with Sales with regards to customers' payment records, as well as the credit collection term for PI issuance / payment.
      3. Aggressively follow up, coordinate and closely monitor shipments from worldwide manufacturing sites to ensure all deliveries are smoothly made.
      4. Prepare and process export shipping documents for letter of credit shipments and negotiate with banks. Monitor transactions and follow through until payment received.
      5. Actively liaise with customers and forwarders for smooth transportation of goods.
      6. Ensure customers' requests and enquiries are fulfilled in a prompt action.
      7. AR management which includes keeping track of customer's payment records and issuance of weekly account receivable statement.
      8. Thorough and regular refund/rebate document preparation.
      9. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.

    REQUIREMENTS :
      1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
      2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
      3. Coordinate/Communicate with major Chinese spoken customers and Chinese ordering systems, bilingual in English and Chinese is a must.
      4. Applicants must be willing to work Near Expo.

    • Industrial Designers

    • Customer Service Technician
      Job level: Junior Level
      Field: IT Customer Service Technician

    PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVES :
      1. To provide first and second level end-user IT support (face to face), including PC/network/server/standard applications support and troubleshooting.
      2. To escalate specific requests to next level for immediate attention and resolutions.
      3. To log and follow up on outstanding cases.

    REQUIREMENTS :
      1. Experience in supporting PCs, Notebook, and LAN/WLAN is preferred.
      2. Proficient in MS Win 9X / Win2K, and/or Standard Software (MS Office, MS-Outlook, Anti-Virus Software, Internet Browsers, etc).
      3. Must be comfortable talking to people at all levels.
      4. Customer oriented, a team player, a fast learner and serious with work.

    • Logistics Executive

      1. Completes the export shipping documents and payment confirm process
      2. Follow billing SOP check and approve billing in e-logistics system and negotiate with FWDR for reject billing status.
      3. E-billing management which includes keeping track of FWDR billing records with ASUS HQ each territory owner and issuance of monthly billing statement.
      4. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.
