Pre-Sales Services: Product and Account Management
Product and account management focus on enhancing the mutually beneficial relations ASUS has formed with its partners. The product management aspect of ASUS ServerCare encourages information sharing to ensure delivery of the latest product information. In addition, the program provides regular seminars to introduce industry trends and product roadmaps, and dedicates experts to facilitate solution-implementation consulting. For account management, ASUS ServerCare strives for absolute customer satisfaction by guaranteeing order, pricing and shipment fulfillments and organizing promotion and rebate programs.
After-Sale Services: Warehouse and Technical Support
ASUS ServerCare guarantees the availability of server barebone systems and server motherboards in the ASUS warehouse to eliminate the shipping and handling charges on each order. The results are reduced shipping costs and delivery lead-time. A technical support hotline is set up in headquarter to resolve technical inquiries from partners and an A RMA ( return material authorization ) team, based in the Netherlands, facilitates ASUS 1-Day ARS ( Advanced Replacement RMA Service ) to offer efficient technical support.
The new program improves the current product and service offerings. ASUS full line of server barebone systems and server motherboards is now protected under a three-year warranty. The 1-Day ARS, which previously only included server barebone systems, has been extended to server motherboards as well. The products, of course, also adopted powerful server management software, ASMA ( ASUS System Monitoring Agent ) and ASWM (ASUS System Web-Based Management).
