Launch this software from AI Suite 3 and click ”Check for New BIOS Update” to search for the latest BIOS.
Select the USB storage device and click “Download.” The BIOS file will be automatically renamed and saved to the top-level(root) folder on the USB storage device.
Plug the USB storage device into the motherboard’s USB BIOS Flashback® port. Now press and hold USB BIOS Flashback® button/ROG Connect button for three seconds until the LED begins to blink, then release.
Download the supported BIOS file from the support site. Rename the downloaded BIOS CAP file according to your model name and save it to a USB flash drive.
To enter the BIOS, press Delete (Del) or F2 during your system’s power-on, self-test (POST) procedure. In the BIOS, press F7 to access Advanced Mode, and then select Tool followed by ASUS EZ Flash 2 Utility.
Use the ASUS EZ Flash 2 Utility page to locate the BIOS file saved on your USB storage device, then press Enter to load BIOS file. Follow the on-screen instruction to start updating BIOS.
