Every ProArt display comes factory pre-calibrated to guarantee industry-leading ∆E (Delta E) < 1 color accuracy and includes a calibration report for targets 63, 127 and 255, ensuring colors displayed onscreen match those of the print or final output. ProArt displays also feature advanced grayscale tracking technology to ensure accurate image reproduction and 95% uniformity compensation to guard against brightness and chroma (color) fluctuations across the screen.

The Most Flexible Hardware Calibration

ASUS ProArt Hardware Calibration technology provides built-in color accuracy tuning and uniformity compensation, providing an easy, platform-independent way to ensure ongoing color consistency and brightness uniformity.

ProArt displays are compatible with most major calibrators, including those from X-Rite, Datacolor and Klein, and also work seamlessly with Calman and Light Illusion ColourSpace CMS professional hardware calibration software to make calibration faster and easier. (Calman and Light Illusion ColourSpace CMS software are not included)

The ASUS ProArt Calibration technology saves all color parameter profiles on the display’s internal scaler IC chip instead of the PC, enabling connection to different devices without changing settings or recalibrating. It also reduces signal distortion between the IC and the LCD optical spectrum. A convenient hotkey on the display enables easy activation of saved color profiles without a connected PC or calibrator.

ASUS ProArt Hardware Calibration enables optimized color-space settings for different content. In addition to sRGB, users can create advanced setups comprising five different color spaces and other customized settings.

Excellent Color and Contrast from Any Viewing Angle

Direct type LED backlight displays have narrow viewing angles, which can make collaboration with clients or colleagues on color-critical work challenging due to inaccurate colors being displayed to viewers seated to the side.
ASUS Off-Axis Contrast Optimization (OCO) technology solves this problem with a compensation layer that controls light transmittance around the edges, reducing halo effects by 80%* and providing a 7X* contrast-ratio enhancement for dark parts of the image when viewing the screen from an angle.
