ASUS offers several options depending on your budget and needs for increasing the warranty service on your ASUS product, ranging from extending your standard warranty to an On-Site repair. Click on the sections below to learn more about ASUS Premium Care.

 

 

Service Overview

ASUS provides ways to extend your standard warranty with guaranteed ASUS support.

Purchase Conditions:

  • ASUS Premium Care must be purchased and activated within one-hundred and eighty (180) days of your ASUS product purchase date.
  • The ASUS product must be registered, and ASUS Premium Care must be activated online via the ASUS Member website.
  • ASUS Premium Care does not cover software, the battery, peripherals, free accessories such as a mouse or bag, and Customer Induced Damage.
  • International warranty services are limited to the available options in the country where the service is requested. Service options, parts availability, and response time vary with each country.
  • Local warranty services are available only in the country where the ASUS product is purchased. The Service level follows the service policy of your standard warranty.

With ASUS Premium Care you will enjoy extended warranty services after your ASUS products standard warranty expires.

When can I purchase ASUS Premium Care?

ASUS Premium Care must be purchased and activated within one-hundred and eighty (180) days of your ASUS product purchase date. ASUS Premium Care will expire if you have not activated it within one-hundred and eighty (180) days and you will not be able to enjoy the benefits of the service package. ASUS recommends that you activate ASUS Premium Care right after purchasing it.

  • Step 1: Become an ASUS Member
  • Go to the ASUS Member Site and sign up to become an ASUS Member. If you are already an ASUS Member, proceed to Step 2.
  • Step 2: Register your product
  • Log in to the ASUS Member Site and click Product Registration on the left side menu. Fill in the form with the details of your ASUS product. If you have already registered your product, proceed to Step 3.
  • Step 3: Activate ASUS Premium Care
  • Click on Service Package Activation on the left side menu and select the registered product for which you want to apply the ASUS Premium Care.
  • Enter the Contract Code and Password from the ASUS Premium Care Package or Email.
  • Click Submit to complete the activation.
