In certain regions within the European Union, specific devices—such as laptops, tablets, and gaming handhelds—may be sold without an AC adapter included in the package. If you purchase a version labeled “without AC adapter,” the package contents will not include an AC adapter.
How to Check Whether the Package Includes an AC Adapter
To confirm whether your product comes with an AC adapter, please check the label on the packaging box.

Note: If your ASUS product supports both DC-IN power (via an AC adapter) and USB Type‑C charging, the system may display a “Slow Charger” message even when the USB Type‑C charger meets the model’s recommended USB Type‑C rated wattage, if its wattage is lower than the AC adapter’s recommended wattage.
