[NUC] Unable to Configure RGB Lights on the Arc™ A-Series PCIe Graphics Card Installed in the NUC 11, 12, and 13 Extreme Kits
Resolution
The NUC 11, 12, and 13 Extreme Kits do not support the RGB function on the Arc™ PCIe graphics cards as there is no USB 2.0 pin connector on the NUC.
If you have access to another desktop that does support the Intel Arc PCIe graphics cards, you can try the below steps.
- Install the Arc graphics adapter on a system with that supports the USB pin connection from the Intel Arc card, as detailed here: How Do I Connect the RGB Controller with an Arc™ A770 Graphics Limited Edition Card?
- Install the Arc™ RGB Controller and make modifications to the LEDs, How Do I Use the Intel RGB Controller to Configure the Arc™ A770 Graphics Limited Edition Card’s LEDs?
- Move the Intel Arc card from the other desktop system to the NUC Extreme Kit and the RGB settings will be retained.
