Country Product Manager at ASUS, you will work with cross functional teams with a wide range of tasks and activities directly related to management and maintenance of product life cycle. This position requires interaction with marketing, warehouse, sales team, and external partners. To be successful in this role you are self-motivated, energetic, organized, detail oriented and passion on computer and technology.

• Responsible for overall Asus Open Platform products, including MiniPC/NUC, servers, and commercial products within Lithuania and Estonia.
• Accountable for business results across products and markets in charge, including quantity, revenue, and profit.
• Manage product strategy from product planning and pricing to inventory and supply chain for each product line to strengthen brand position and increase market share.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships with local channel partners — distributors, retailers, integrators, and dealers to grow overall business.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure channel penetration, high-quality product promotion, and after-sales service.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong PC skills.

• Experience in the consumer electronics market (experience with motherboards, VGA cards, or other component products is a plus).
• Proactive, outgoing, and goal oriented.
• Strong execution and ownership.
• A self-starter capable of working independently and engaging cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Independent and self-motivated.

• Managing commercial client from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Take full responsible for client support needed from draft TOR (terms of reference), spec verification, final TOR, bidding stage, product delivery/installed till after sales service to represent ASUS in the market and establish ASUS brand image to customer mindset.
• Focusing on SMB account, government account and education account development.
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
• Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
• Maintain partner relationships and demonstrate business result for ASUS Expert brand.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration or related filed.
• 3+ years experienced of IT industry and marketing or related field.
• Initiative, energetic, leadership, problem solving, systematic thinking and analytical skills.
• Proof of records of successful experience either professionally or academically.
• Able to work under pressure with very good negotiation and communication skill.
• Good command of English and Latvian.
• Command of computer literacy in MS Office. (Excel and Power point).
