Promotion Event Terms and Conditions

This promotion concerning redemption code for HDR classes (“Promotion”) is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”).

1. Detailed information with respect to how to obtain and claim the redemption code in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Participant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.
2. The Promotion commences on 0:00:00 on August 15, 2022 and terminates on 23:59:59 on January 31, 2023 ("Promotion Period") and hosts within EMEA region (excluding Russia and Ukraine) (“Promotion Territory”).
3. Employees of ASUS or FXPHD Pty Ltd and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion.
4. People who live in Promotion Territory and would like to participate in this Promotion during the Promotion Period acknowledge as follows:
   1. Eligible Participant (as defined below) shall be at least 18 years old and/or considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.
   2. Provided you submit to ASUS the serial number (each a "Serial Number") of the ASUS product eligible for this Promotion (as listed in this present website, each an "Eligible Product"), the date and store you purchased the Eligible Product in question, your full name and email address (“Personal Information”), and the photos of the Serial Number and the invoice/receipt of your purchase of the Eligible Product, you will be eligible for this Promotion (an “Eligible Participant”).
   3. The Eligible Participant may, regardless of how many times he or she submits to ASUS the abovementioned information, obtain from ASUS one redemption code for the first six classes of "An introduction to HDR with Kevin Shaw" (each a "Redemption Code"), which is provided by FXPHD on its website (https://www.fxphd.com/product/introduction-to-hdr/) (the "HDR Classes") for each of the submitted Serial Number.
   4. The Redemption Code will be delivered to the email address provided by the Eligible Participant within two (2) working days after the submission of the same. The delivery date may be changed without prior notices.
   5. Each and all Redemption Code, regardless of the time it delivered, will only be valid until 23:59:59 on February 28, 2023.
5. ASUS does not warrant or represent, and shall not be held liable for, the HDR Classes' quality, accessibility, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement of any rights or interests.
