[NUC] Distorted and Split Display Issues on NUC

Resolution

1. Verify the connection order:

  • Unplug the HDMI cable from the NUC.
  • Turn off the NUC.
  • Plug HDMI cable back in without using any dongles or adapters.
  • Turn on the NUC.

2. Test a different HDMI cable. We recommend testing and using a straight HDMI to HDMI cable from the other working system.

3. Test different video ports on the NUC (Display Port (DP), Thunderbolt, another HDMI port).

4. Test the monitor if it is working.
