[NUC] El puerto DisplayPort en mi NUC no funciona
Resolución
Puede haber varias causas para este problema:
- No se ha instalado el controlador de gráficos de Intel.
- Se ha instalado un controlador de gráficos antiguo.
- Cable de Display Port defectuoso.
Pruebe los siguientes pasos de solución de problemas para solucionar el problema:
- Pruebe un cable Display Port diferente y un monitor/TV diferente.
- Instale el último controlador de gráficos para su Intel NUC, disponible en Centro de descargas.
- Actualice la BIOS a la última versión disponible.
Si ninguno de los pasos anteriores funciona:
- Compruebe otros puertos de video si todavía tiene una pantalla.
- Realice una recuperación de BIOS.
Si esos pasos no solucionan el problema, comuníquese con el Soporte al cliente.
