[NUC] El Mini PC NUC 12 Pro para Zoom Rooms muestra una pantalla negra con el mouse aún visible
Resolución
Para resolver el problema, se deberá configurar el modo Kiosco en el Intel NUC® para Zoom Rooms. Esto evitará que el sistema se vaya a una pantalla negra.
- Descarga el archivo enable-zrshell-x64.ps1 (ZIP)
- Copia el script "enable-zrshell-x64.ps1" a un USB.

- Arranca el sistema
- Pulsa CTRL+ALT+DEL
- Haz clic en Cerrar sesión
- Selecciona el usuario zoomroomsadmin
- Introduce la contraseña zoomroomsadmin
- En la ventana del símbolo de sistema, escribe explorer
- Pulsa enter
- Haz clic en el menú Inicio
- Busca Windows PowerShell
- Selecciona Ejecutar como administrador
- Inserta el USB con el script "enable-zrshell-x64.ps1"
- En la ventana de PowerShell*, escribe "Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned"
- Cambia la unidad al USB (por ejemplo, D:)
- Cambia el directorio a
A continuación se muestra el script de PowerShell para habilitar la Shell de Zoom Rooms:
- Descarga el archivo enable-zrshell-x64.ps1
- Colócalo en una ubicación conveniente con el script de PowerShell.
- Escribe ".\enable-zrshell-x64.ps1 -username zoomrooms"
- Escriba "wmic useraccount where "Name='zoomrooms'" set PasswordExpires=false"
- Escribe "wmic useraccount where "Name='zoomroomsadmin'" set PasswordExpires=false"
- Haga clic en el menú de inicio
- Busque "regedit"
- Seleccione Ejecutar como administrador
- Navegue a "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Embedded\Shell Launcher"
- Abra el directorio del árbol
- Elimine Usuarios
- Salga de regedit
- Reinicie el sistema
