  • 1. How to redeem Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay Key?

    - Please visit the ASUS US/Canada redemption website www.asus.com/event/2017/rog/assassins-creed-origins/US
    - Click on “GET YOUR FREE GAME NOW!”
    - Please follow the redemption process and the system will then send your Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key to the email address you entered in STEP 2.

  • 2. What is ASUS CODE and where can I get the ASUS CODE?

    - ASUS CODE is the code delivered by the eligible stores and will be used to redeem Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key via the redemption site www.asus.com/event/2017/rog/assassins-creed-origins/US
    - You will be given an ASUS CODE when you buy eligible products from eligible stores.

    If you can’t find or didn’t receive your ASUS CODE, please contact the retailer where you purchased the item. If there is no support from the retailer, then please contact your local ASUS representative and provide the following information:

    2. Name of the store where you made your purchase
    3. Model Name and SN number of product purchased
    4. Attach a scanned copy of your receipt/invoice

  • 3. What is Assassin’s Creed© Origins bundle promotion period?

    Promotion starts from Oct 5 – November 22, 2017, or while stocks last.
    For purchases made in US/Canada, You will receive an ASUS CODE during this promotion period from eligible stores when purchase an eligible product.

  • 4. When can I start to use ASUS CODE to redeem Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay keys on ASUS redemption site?

    You will be able to use the ASUS CODE on ASUS redemption site when the redemption process starts on Oct. 26, 2017, 6PM PT

  • 5. I’ve got my Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay Key, what should I do next to install the game?

    1. Launch Uplay PC, or download it from https://uplay.ubi.com
    2. Login to your Uplay account, or create a new one if you do not have one
    3. Click the menu in the top left corner of the application
    4. Click “Activate a key”
    5. Enter your activation key in the input field ensuring you follow the instructions outlined on the page
    6. Your game will be accessible in your GAMES library, where you can download, patch and launch it
    7. The approximate size of the Download game file is 40 GB
    8. Ubisoft customer support https://support.ubi.com. We kindly ask you to review the Terms and Conditions of this offer before contacting Ubisoft Technical Support.

  • 6. Until when can I redeem my Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key to my Uplay account?

    The last day of game redemption will be Dec 6th, 2017.

  • 8. I received the error message “Incorrect ASUS code entered…”. What could be the problem?

    Please re-enter your ASUS CODE and ensure the following:
    - The ASUS CODE consists of capitalized letters and numbers
    - The ASUS CODE does not contain lowercase letters.
    - The ASUS CODE does not contain the letters O and numbers 0

  • 9. I received the error message “Incorrect serial number entered…”. What could be the problem?

    Please double check the serial number on your product packaging box or visit http://www.asus.com/support/Article/566/ for details.

    If you still have problems, please contact your local ASUS representative and provide the following information:

  • 10. Didn’t receive e-mail containing Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key from ASUS?

    - Please check your email again. Your game key should be delivered to the email address you provided during STEP 2 of the redemption process.
    - Alternatively, you can visit ASUS US/Canada redemption website, click “Check your redemption status”, and enter ASUS CODE. If you had successfully completed redemption process your Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key will be shown here as well. If not, please try to complete the process again.
