HOW TO REDEEM

• 1. I have the ASUS Code, where should I go to redeem the game?

  Please visit the ASUS Redemption Website www.asus.com/event/2017/rog/EVERSPACE and click on “REDEEM NOW!” to get your EVERSPACE game key. Please follow the process and system will then send your EVERSPACE game key to the email address you entered in STEP 2.

• 2. Where can I get the ASUS Code?

  You will be given an ASUS code when you buy eligible products from participating stores. If you can’t find or didn’t receive your ASUS code seven days after purchase, please check directly with your etailer/retailer for clarification.

• 3. I’ve got my EVERSPACE game key, what should I do next to install the game?

  Step 1: Install Steam client software from store.steampowered.com/
  Step 2: Launch the Steam client software and log into your Steam account
  Step 3: Click the Games Menu
  Step 4: Choose Activate a Product on Steam
  Step 5: Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process
  Step 6: Enter your EVERSPACE game key
  Step 7: EVERSPACE should be successfully added to your Library

• 4. Where can I find the serial number?

  Please check on your product packaging box or visit http://www.asus.com/support/Article/566/ for details

• 5. I received the error message “Incorrect ASUS code entered...”. What could be the problem?

  Please re-enter your ASUS code and ensure the following:
  - The ASUS Code consists of capitalized letters and numbers
  - The ASUS Code does not contain lowercase letters.
  - The ASUS Code does not contain the numbers 0,1,2,5,8 and letters G,I,O,Q

• 6. I received the error message “Incorrect serial number entered...”. What could be the problem?

  Please double check the serial number on your product packaging box or visit http://www.asus.com/support/Article/566/ for details.
  
  If you still have problems, please contact yourn local ASUS representative ( EVERSPACE_Redemption@asus.com ) and provide the following information:
  1. Email subject title: EVERSPACE
  2. Name of the store where you made your purchase
  3. Name of product purchased
  4. Attach a scanned copy of your receipt

• 7. Didn’t receive your EVERSPACE game key email from us?

  Please check your email. Your game key should be delivered to the email address you provided during STEP 2 of the redemption process.
  Alternatively, you may check your redemption status by pressing” check redemption status” on front page.

• 8. What is EVERSPACE bundle promotion period?

  Promotion starts from April 20 – September 15, 2017.

• 9. When can I start to redeem EVERSPACE download key on ASUS redemption site?

  You will be able to redeem starting from April 20, 2017

• 10. Until when can I redeem my EVERSPACE code on STEAM?

  Game code will be available until April 27, 2018.

• 11. What condition of product will be honored for the bundle?

  As long as the product is new (not returned/refurbished/opened), the bundle will be honored. Other discounts or products with sales markdowns will be honored as long as they are new.
