Who is eligible to purchase and get ROG VIP deals?

Anyone who has purchased an ROG product is eligible to become an ROG VIP. All users need to do is create an ROG ID and register their devices to purchase with ROG Price from Game Deal.

How to become an eligible ROG VIP?

An ROG ID can easily be created at either the ASUS official website or within the “User Center” of ROG Armoury Crate app, available for download at the Windows Store.

How do I register an eligible product?

To register your device, just navigate to the “User Center” within Armoury Crate and follow the instructions there. OR register product from also visit the ASUS official website (https://account.asus.com/) to register your product.

You need a valid email address on your Gamesplanet Account in order to fully access the service. If this isn't the case yet, please edit your account from https://gamesplanet.com/account/profile/edit and add a valid email address. Once confirmed, you will have full access to the account and your activation keys.

I cannot login to Gamesplanet, what shall I do?

If you forgot your password, please use the recovery option from https://gamesplanet.com/account/password/new
As soon as your password has been reset, you will be logged in to your account.

I want my account removed. How can I do that?

Account removals are done by employees of Gamesplanet. Please send an email to Gamesplanet's customer service and your account will be deleted completely upon your request. To ease the process, please send your request from the registered email account.

Can I transfer money into the Gamesplanet Wallet?

As of today transferring money into the Wallet is limited to the usage of paysafecard. Once in the wallet, the button » transfer paysafe credit « will guide you through the process. Please be aware that transferred money cannot be refunded once it has been made available in the Wallet.

PayPal credit is not supported to date based on limitation set by PayPal. All other means of payment through PayPal are available, e.g. credit card, balance, bank account.

I have an Amazon Gift card or Amazon Credit, can this be used with Amazon Pay?

Both Amazon Gift cards and Amazon Credit cannot be used through Amazon Pay. These means of payment are solely available on the Amazon store front. All available means of payment will be displayed during checkout.

3D Secure is an online security layers from credit card companies. It requires you to enter an PIN code to authenticate the transaction. The mode of operation can differ from bank to bank. Why do I need to enable my purchase?

Enabling your purchase is the last step of the order process. Up until enabling your purchase, you can request a refund automatically from your account, no questions asked. Refunds can be processed to your original mean of payment (exceptions apply for non-refundable mean of payments such as Paysafecard) or to your Gamesplanet Wallet.
