The fan shrouds have precisely calculated cutouts to direct some airflow toward internal components like memory and processor keeping them cooler and operating at peak efficiency.

The A14’s thermal energy is dissipated by two heatsinks, each lined with ultra-thin copper fins as slim as 0.1 mm. Higher density fins allow for increased heat dissipation and lower air resistance for smoother flow.
Dust Filter
When dust and fibers collect inside a machine, heat can get trapped, causing degraded performance over time. A filter over the A14’s air intakes helps keep dust out, allowing the CPU and GPU to breathe easier for years of smooth and stable operation.
Exhaust Vents
The TUF Gaming A14 features a large rear heatsink, making the most of its 14-inch frame. This rear exhaust keeps hot air and fan noise pointed away from you and your hands for a cooler and quieter experience.

A durable, sleek aluminum lid mixes the functionality of TUF Gaming with a touch of refinement that’s at home anywhere. The corners of both the lid and the hinges of the A14 have been CNC-machined to give it a more exquisite look.

The rear of the chassis features a full-width heatsink and large exhaust vents, increasing cooling performance and leaving the left and right sides of the machine free for I/O connectivity. This chassis design also allowed for the thin and sleek shape of the frame near the touchpad.

A 180° hinge design allows you to find the perfect angle no matter how you use the A14. The hinges are also mounted on top of the main frame of the laptop, allowing air to pass through the heatsinks with no impedance.

MIL-STD-810-standardin mukainen testaus suoritetaan vain valituille ASUS-tuotteille. Huomaathan, että MIL-STD-810-standardin mukainen testaus takaa ASUS-tuotteiden laadun, mutta ei sitä, että tuotteet soveltuisivat armeijakäyttöön. Testaus on suoritettu laboratorio-olosuhteissa. Tällaisia testausolosuhteita jäljittelevissä olosuhteissa syntyvien vaurioiden katsotaan olevan seurausta vahingosta, eivätkä ne siten kuulu ASUSin vakiotakuun piiriin. Takuun kattavuutta voidaan parantaa hankkimalla ASUS Premium Care -lisätakuu.

Yksikkö, jossa on RJ45-portti, ei tue "Power over Ethernet" (PoE), tukee vain tiedonsiirtoa.
