[Phone]Can not take pictures with volume keys/Volume key doesn't work and not respond


Try the following tips to for troubleshooting :
  1. Open the Camera app > Tap the arrow at the top to access the menu > Tap the Settings > Set volume key as Shutter. Return to the Camera main screen and try to take pictures with volume keys.
     
  2. Update firmware to the latest version：Settings > System > System updates > Check now
     
  3. Access to Safe Mode (Long press power key> tap and hold Power Off >OK)：If your device works well in safe mode,malfunction might be caused by 3rd party apps. Please reboot your device and check again if it works well. 
     
  4. Back up your data and perform factory data reset.
     
  5. If you've tried the above steps and your issue cannot be solved, please contact ASUS Customer Center for assistance and send your device back to us for further check-up.
