[NUC] Display Problem When Using More than One Display Connected with Thunderbolt™

Resolution

Check BIOS Setup for primary and secondary display settings:

  1. Press F2 during boot to enter BIOS Setup.
  2. Go to Advanced > Devices > Video.
  3. Set IGD Primary Video Port to the device you want to be primary.
  4. Set IGD Secondary Video Port to the device you want to be secondary.
  5. Press F10 to save and exit BIOS Setup.

If this does not resolve the issue, the following can be tried:

  1. Connect one monitor using the second HDMI port on the NUC.
  2. Connect the other monitor to the Thunderbolt/DP to the NUC and simply use the DisplayPort input on the monitor.
