    Overview

    EVA Air has a destination network that spans the globe, stretching from Asia and China to Europe, North America and Oceania and linking more than 60 cities.

    In March 2012, EVA Air officially became a future member of Star Alliance. By joining the airline industry's leading alliance, they will be able to offer passengers access to a vast global network, seamless travel and status recognition by the other members' frequent flyer programs.

    San Francisco International Airport is the home to an EVA Air Evergreen Club Lounge, a comfortable area which contains quick refreshments and snacks for travelers as well as an incredible view of the SFO runway for an exquisite travelling experience. Members of the Evergreen Club can rest and access the internet through WiFi and ASUS All-in-One computer stations installed within the lounge.

    The Opportunity

    In order to provide the best experience for travelers while waiting for their flights, EVA Air requires computer systems that are extremely reliable, easy to maintain, and reflects the tradition of quality in service of EVA Air. At the same time, it must be stylish and space-saving to fit into the elegant environment of Evergreen Club Lounge.

    The Outcome

    A variety of ASUS All-in-One desktop PCs were deployed to the EVA Air Evergreen Lounge, including ET2701, ET24 series, and ET2210 series All-in-One PCs. Featuring attractive high-definition displays and SonicMaster for lifelike audio, ASUS All-in-One PCs are capable of displaying full 1080p movies for travelers with long layovers to simple web browsing and enjoy multimedia contents, all of the ASUS desktops excel in performance. ASUS All-in-One PCs were specifically chosen due to the known reliability of all ASUS desktops as multiple travelers would be accessing these systems.

    CThe systems were customized to present EVA Air software branding and preloaded with software to accommodate the majority of usage scenarios by travelers. Travelers are able to access must-have travel tools such as world time, global weather forecasts, flight search and currency, unit, time and clothing size converters via internet at EVA Air Evergreen Club Lounge.
