The TUF Gaming A14 is capable of 135W TDP in Manual Mode, so we equipped the machine with a whole suite of cooling technology to keep it running at peak performance. The keyboard has been redesigned to increase airflow and reduce surface temperatures. When paired with ultra-thin heatsink fins and our improved 97-blade fans, the 2026 A14 can now draw in up to 15% more air compared to the first-generation design*—ensuring your machine stays cool and runs powerfully for years to come.

Enjoy truly silent cooling under light workloads with 0dB Ambient Cooling technology. In the Silent operating mode, the cooling system switches off all fans during everyday tasks to dissipate heat passively. Previous keyboard designs focused on keeping the chassis temperatures cool, keeping your fingers comfortable during long gaming sessions. The newly redesigned keyboard not only keeps your hands comfortable on the trackpad and keyboard deck, but increases air intake for the main system components as well, boosting the A14’s cooling performance without increasing weight or chassis size.

Both fans have a fluid bearing design, which is a tried and tested style that will keep the A14 operating at peak performance for years to come.

The dual fans come with 97 ultra-thin blades, just 0.1mm thick, enabling high airflow and static pressure without extra noise

The fan shrouds have precisely calculated cutouts to direct some airflow toward internal components like memory and processor keeping them cooler and operating at peak efficiency.
0.1mm Ultra-Thin Fins
The A14’s thermal energy is dissipated by two heatsinks, each lined with ultra-thin copper fins as slim as 0.1 mm. Higher density fins allow for increased heat dissipation and lower air resistance for smoother flow.
Dust Filter
When dust and fibers collect inside a machine, heat can get trapped, causing degraded performance over time. A filter over the A14’s air intakes helps keep dust out, allowing the CPU and GPU to breathe easier for years of smooth and stable operation.
Exhaust Vents
The TUF Gaming A14 features a large rear heatsink, making the most of its 14-inch frame. This rear exhaust keeps hot air and fan noise pointed away from you and your hands for a cooler and quieter experience.

A durable, sleek aluminum lid mixes the functionality of TUF Gaming with a touch of refinement that’s at home anywhere. The corners of both the lid and the hinges of the A14 have been CNC-machined to give it a more exquisite look.

The rear of the chassis features a full-width heatsink and large exhaust vents, increasing cooling performance and leaving the left and right sides of the machine free for I/O connectivity. This chassis design also allowed for the thin and sleek shape of the frame near the touchpad.

A 180° hinge design allows you to find the perfect angle no matter how you use the A14. The hinges are also mounted on top of the main frame of the laptop, allowing air to pass through the heatsinks with no impedance.

In order to earn the TUF Gaming name, these laptops must successfully survive a rigorous battery of MIL-STD-810H tests. Test devices are exposed to drops, vibration, humidity, and extreme temperatures to ensure reliability.
