    Job Title:

    Account Manager – MB & VGA, Channel & Commercial

    Location:

    UK – Hemel Hempstead

    Job description

    This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to join our busy but friendly team in order to find, generate and develop new Channel/SI/B2B/VAR partners in order to sell the Motherboard & VGA products to both commercial and gaming segments. Will also need to develop new accounts and/or expands existing Retail/VAR accounts. Customers may be geographic or named accounts.


    Principal Accountabilities

    • Define, drive and meet or exceed expected revenue and unit targets.
    • Define, measure and optimize investments. Focusing on efficiency, maximizing ROI and targeting mid and long-term growth
    • Create and develop strategies to efficiently deliver expected revenue, unit and market share targets for your accounts. Out of the box thinking to build the channel.
    • Liaise with internal departments to ensure Target/Goal achievement(s) are aligned with the wider business
    • Analyse data to assess market conditions and identify both opportunities, and threats to ASUS products. Establish plans to exploit opportunities and mitigate threats.
    • Build and keep strong relationship with all relevant accounts and partners
    • Plan and attend all regular calls, meetings/trainings, events and trade shows with different account and partners. Attend internal training and meetings as required
    • Plan and organize ASUS product launches and market introductions to manager accounts.
    • Communicate ASUS technology, product roadmaps and strategies clearly and regularly to all relevant partners and customers.
    • Understand customer products, supply and business requirements and communicate them clearly to ASUS
    • Contribute on a regular basis to both internal and external marketing communications.
    • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
    • Complete administrative and translation work as required.
    • Provide clear and precise communication both internally and externally, ensuring ASUS processes are followed at all times.

    Competency, Attributes, Knowledge and Experience

    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; presentation, customer service, business and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to travel within assigned region, working closely with Managers, Sales Representatives, and channel partners. Occasional travel outside of region required.
    • A deep understanding of the sales process and Channel Sales.
    • High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organisation.
    • Proven track record of Consumer/Commercial Sales Experience

    Job Title:

    Junior Account Coordinator

    Location:

    UK – Hemel Hempstead

    Purpose of Position

    To support the ASUS UK / System BU/ sales and marketing team. Help to raise and maintain price supports to customers on the internal system. Maintain the smooth running of each customers’ finance with Asus. Coordinate marketing budgets and expenses on an internal and vendor System


    Principal Accountabilities

    • Update the AR status from customer and get shipment releasing approval from HQ by weekly basis
    • Work with distributor accountant/buyer closely to follow up all outstanding invoice, debit note and credit note
    • Liaise with sales and PM team to upload all price support and rebate on to system & issue references to the appropriate clients
    • Work with headquarter sales admin team to chase the outstanding cases on invoice and credit note
    • Create and maintain quarterly rebate report, payment tracking report, price support tracking report and other pre-defined report
    • Assist account manager with dealer claims and Pass-Through cases

    Job Title:

    Marketing Manager

    Location:

    UK – Hemel Hempstead

    Purpose of Position

    Develop yearly and quarterly marketing strategy and campaigns for ASUS consumer products in conjunction with HQ. Lead the UK marketing team and deploy a flawless execution of go-to-market plans to gain the market share and mind-share across all product lines including consumer laptops, gaming laptops and educational products.


    Principal Accountabilities

    • Drive product launches, product campaigns and marketing initiatives.
    • Work closely with the product and sales managers as well as ASUS HQ and EMEA region to achieve effective cooperation, implement consistent marketing languages and deliver successful campaigns.
    • In charge of allocating marketing budget, vendor resources such as Intel and Microsoft and managing claims to ensures good marketing spend with highest possible results.
    • Understand and analyse the market landscape and consumer insights to enhance marketing strategies.
    • Strengthen and manage external partnerships such as industry partners, distributors, resellers and other organizations.
    • Ensure all internal communications are followed up in a timely fashion and abide by internal processes for purchasing and strategising
