    Job Title:

    Country Product Manager – VGA/ODD

    Location:

    UK – Hemel Hempstead

    Purpose of position

    Assist in Developing and manage regional distribution customers as well as Growth Management of product categories


    Principal Accountabilities

    • Perform product / sales training for ASUS partners
    • Travel nationwide for customer visiting & meetings
    • Sales and Marketing related administration tasks
    • Propose & setup key strategies within managed accounts to help grow ASUS business
    • Review and sales and marketing opportunities within managed accounts & product channels

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills – good written and spoken English
    • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
    • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow

    Job Title:

    External Account Manager – PC Systems

    Location:

    Extensive travel around the UK usually 1 day each week at Head Office in Hemel Hempstead

    Job Purpose

    • Using a targeted approach, proactively contact and profile prospect customers
    • Build & develop your own list of accounts to manage internally
    • Engage and build relationships with Salary Sacrifice partners
    • Increase sales into targeted resellers

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively calling, visiting and selling in to prospect customers focusing on consumer resellers
    • Build & maintain customer profiles from target account list
    • Call out & promote distribution call out day offers into targeted account list
    • Work with the reseller account management team to provide additional support when required, sending out quotations, resolving issues etc.
    • Act & respond quickly to all customer queries or problems

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • Intermediate MS Excel skills
    • Proven experience in a customer facing position (telephone based), ideally within the IT/technology arena
    • Previous experience in a sales or outbound customer services environment would be beneficial but is not essential for candidates who can demonstrate tenacity and a strong desire to succeed

    • A confident & professional telephone manner
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • The ability to liaise & negotiate at all levels
    • Highly organized & comfortable taking full ownership of your own workload
