How to Find Model Name

Method 1 : Rebooting your system

Hit the "Del" key when you see the BIOS - EZ Mode, you can check information on the screen

For example：PRIME X370-PRO represents the motherboard model.

Method 2 :Please find the model name from the motherboard surface

If necessary, please open the system case for better inspection.

For example：SABERTOOTH Z170 MARK 1 represents the motherboard model

Method 1 : You can find the model name on the label which is pasted on the back of the laptop.

For example: X302LA

Method 2: Check from DXDiag

1.Input “DXDIAG” in Windows Search bar

2.The model name will be displayed under the system model field. (as shown in the red area).

How to confirm the correct model name?

• Please check the package box for sticker label. The model name is listed on sticker label For ex sample : ASUS_T00F (A500CG). 

• Please check the package box for sticker label. The model name is listed on sticker label as red mark. 

• A. Turn off the device and pull the rear cover off. The model name is listed on sticker label. 

• B. Check the back of the tablet and the model name is listed on the case. (For Fonepad)
