[Phone/Pad] Troubleshooting - When the application you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or cannot be activated

Please follow below steps for troubleshooting:

1. Stop the recent used app : Press the button of " Recent used app " at the right bottom corner of menu -> Tap " Shut down all apps " to halt the applications in use.

2. Run System Optimization：Please access Quick settings ( by sliding down from the top of home screen )and tap " Boost " to free the memory.

3. Restart your device

4. Clear App Cache : Tap " Setting " > " Apps " , Find the application that you want to clear up > " Clear cache "

5. Update the app：In Play Store, Tap a menu icon on the upper left corner > " My apps&games " >" UPDATE ALL "

6. Access Safe Mode by long pressing power key > tapping and holding Power Off > tapping OK. If your phone works well in Safe Mode, there may be some 3rd apps that cause malfunction. Please reboot your phone and check again if it works well.

7. Check for firmware updates：In " Settings " -> " System" -> " System updates " > Tap " Check now "

8. Uninstall and reinstall the app：Tap " Setting " > " Apps "， Find the application that you want to uninstall. Then re-download the app on Google Play Store

9. Avoid using your phone while charging

10. Uninstall and reinstall the app：Tap "Settings＂＞＂Apps & notifications＂＞＂App info＂， Find the application that you want to uninstall. Then re-download the app on Google Play Store

11. Backup your data and perform factory data reset
