  • Ensure that all devices connected to your TV support HDMI-CEC: HDMI-CEC is a feature supported by many devices, so it's important to ensure that all devices connected to your TV are compatible. Check the user manuals for your TV and all connected devices to verify that HDMI-CEC is supported.
  • Use high-quality HDMI cables that supports Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC). Note that some HDMI cables may not support Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC).
  • Ensure the Anynet+ option is enabled in your TV: Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) > Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC)) and see if Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) has been set to On.
