[ProArt Display] If you are using PA279CV/PA329CV and encounter problems when connecting via Type-C cable, please upgrade MacOS or download the FW update to solve the problem

If you are using PA279CV/PA329CV and encounter problems when connecting via Type-C cable(example:no display)

Please update the MacOS version to a version later than 12.3.1 to solve this problem,

If you do not want to update the MacOS version,

 

Please go to the following link to download the PA279CV FW update tool and update it to version v021 according to the SOP:

*If your computer is Apple Mac and the CPU is M1/M2 version,

After updating PA279CV FW update tool, please download and update PA279CV Hub PD FW update tool from the following link, then it can be used normally:
