[Phone/Pad] How to clean your device

1. Turn off your device and disconnect all cables and external accessories.
2. First, gently blow off any dust from your device. Then, use a soft, clean cloth (such as an LCD screen cleaning cloth, camera lens cloth, or eyeglasses cleaning cloth) to gently wipe the surface of your device. Avoid wiping too hard to prevent any damage.
3. If necessary, you may lightly spray some clean water onto the cleaning cloth to wipe your device. Ensure no liquid penetrates the inside of your device through connector ports, such as the USB port, audio jack, or speaker.
4. Do not use chemical cleaners or high-pressure air guns to clean your device.
