Stable Supply and Customer Communication

As the world's leading motherboard supplier, ASUS has the scope to supply at scale, the flexibility to respond rapidly to requests and changes, and the ability to provide supply guarantees of up to 36 months.

Customers are kept in mind at all stages of development of a motherboard, with Engineering Change Notices (ECN) issued before product revisions. When a board approaches its End Of Life (EOL), an EOL Notice is issued six months before, and a Last Buy Order (LBO) is issued three months before - allowing time for customers to prepare for product transition.

Lifecycle support for consumer chipsets is set at 15 months. Program offerings may vary by region. For EOL Notices for CSM motherboards, please consult your local sales representative for more information.

ASUS can provide supply guarantees of up to 36 months.

Windows Hardware Quality Lab Reseller Program

Windows Hardware Quality Lab (WHQL) is Microsoft’s testing process and logo program.

It provides hardware manufacturers and end users with reassurances that WHQL-certified systems and peripherals will work with the Windows operating system - reducing time and money spent on testing and validation. It also allows customers who purchase WHQL-certified ASUS motherboards to apply their own system logo.
