Terms & Conditions

1. The ASUS BRT-AC828 Commercial Router Giveaway Campaign [the "Contest"] is organized by ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ["ASUS"] .
2. The Contest will commence from 1st - 31st March 2018(both dates inclusive) ["Contest Period"].
3. The following groups of persons are not eligible to participate in this Contest:
• Employees of ASUS (including its associated and related companies), their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).
• Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising, and/or promotion service providers, and/or resellers, dealers, distributors of ASUS (including its associated and related companies), their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).
4. To participate in this Contest, one must have a registered business in Malaysia and may submit only ONE (01) entry.
5. To be eligible to participate in the Contest, the participant must:
• STEP 1: Fill in the registration form online with all correct information required.
• STEP 2: Tell us what is your current commercial router's problem and why do you need an ASUS Commercial Router (not more than 100 words).
• STEP 3: Submit your application
6. Application that is incomplete will be disqualified and rejected from the Contest immediately.
7. ASUS reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion and without prior notice to exclude a participant from further participation in the Contest.
8. The Winner announcement shall be conducted TWO (02) weeks after the Contest end date.
9. The following selection process will be adopted for the Winner selection:
• ASUS will pick TOP 3 answers to giveaway the ASUS BRT-AC828 commercial router ("Prize) and only ONE (01) free unit per registered business.
• Participants for the Contest will be contacted through the mobile number provided in the online form and must satisfy all verification requirements before declared as Winner.
• If Winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond after 3 attempts made by ASUS within 24 hours from the first call, this Winner will be disqualified and another Winner will be selected.
• In the attempt that ASUS unable to find another Winner, the Prize will remain the property of ASUS.
10. ASUS shall be under no obligation to notify the Participants about the change of the Winner announcement date.
11. ASUS's decisions on all matters relating to the Contest including the decisions in determining the Winners will be final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondence or attempts to appeal, review or dispute of such decisions will be entertained.
12. ASUS reserves the right to substitute the Prizes of equivalent or higher value in the instance of shortage or unavailability.
13. Prizes are not transferable, nor exchangeable for cash or any other goods.
14. By entering the Contest, the Winner agrees that:
• ASUS to send the Prize and conduct installation and/ or set-up at the address indicated in the online form
• Any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to ASUS for various purposes, including to communicate with the Winner for purposes related to the Contest, to provide goods and services to the Winner upon request and such other purposes ASUS may reasonably deem appropriate; or in relation to which Winner has otherwise provided ASUS with consent.
• ASUS may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their appointed agency, the Winner's personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these Winner for publicity and/or use in advertisement across all media, including without limitation, in ASUS publications, presentations, promotional materials on their website and/or social media, in its original or edited format and whether to promote the Contest or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation
15. ASUS may at its sole discretion change the Contest Period at any time without prior notice.
16. ASUS shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts in respect of the Prizes offered and published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials.
17. ASUS is not responsible for any misrepresentation of facts, injuries or loss of lives or valuables resulting from any of the Prizes won through this Contest and further shall not be liable, whether direct or consequential, for any loss or damages or whatsoever suffered by the participants resulting from their participation in the Contest or as a result of any act or omission on the part of ASUS.
18. ASUS reserves the right to modify or cancel this Contest at any time, or change the Terms and Conditions for this Contest, anytime without prior notice.
