This program---- ASUS Zenbook DUO (UX8406): Early Bird Bundle (“Program”) is hosted by ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ASUS”).

1. Detailed information with respect to how to participate and redeem in connection with this specific Program, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitute part of this Program Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Program is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrants (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.

2. The Program commences on 19 February 2024 and terminates on 29 February 2024, 11.59pm ("Program Period") and hosts within Malaysia (“Program Territory”).

3. ONLY the ASUS Zenbook DUO (UX8406M-APZ032WS) purchased in Malaysia within the program period are eligible to redeem an ASUS VivoWatch 5 ("Items").

5. Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Program, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this program.

6. People who live in Program Territory and would like to participate in this program during the Program Period acknowledge as follows:

A. Participants (as defined below) shall be at least 18 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.

D. Items availability is subject to the respective ASUS Authorized Dealers.
