The ASUS Expert Series Promotion ("Program") is organized by ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("ASUS").
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as well as the ASUS Terms of Use and ASUS Privacy Policy. ASUS may revise these Terms without prior notice, and participants will be bound by such changes. ASUS reserves the right to cancel participation in cases of misconduct including but not limited to parallel imports or breach of these Terms.
The Program runs from 25 September 2025 to 24 October 2025 (11:59 p.m. GMT+8) and is valid for purchases made within Malaysia only.
Purchases must be made through authorized ASUS channels in Malaysia. Promotions and prices are effective as of 25 September 2025 and may change without prior notice. Entry must be submitted by scanning the QR code provided, Rewards will be sent to the registered email address via Touch ‘n Go pin code.
Employees of ASUS, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Rewards are offered while stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis. They are non-refundable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
If there are inconsistencies or discrepancies in submitted documents, participants may be disqualified if they fail to provide the additional documents requested by ASUS without further notice.
ASUS reserves the right to substitute rewards with items of similar value at its discretion and without prior notice.
All transactions are final.
