1. Visit any of the partnering dealer store to purchase qualifying model of Intel® Core™ Ultra or Intel® Core™ processors with ASUS or ROG motherboard.

Eligible Intel® Core™ products:

2. Once your purchase is verified by dealer, you will obtain the Master Key from dealer. Visit softwareoffer.intel.com to key in the Master Key and follow instructions to redeem the 2 games.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The ‘ASUS x Intel Game Bundle’ [the “Campaign”] is organized by ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. [“ASUS”].

2. The Campaign will commence from 20th Feb 2025 - 31st Mar 2025 (both dates inclusive) [“Participating Period”]. The 2 games can be redeemed by 15th May 2025 on Intel site.

3. The following groups of persons are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:-
a. Employees of ASUS (including its associated and related companies), their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).

b. Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising, and/or promotion service providers, and/or resellers, dealers, distributors of ASUS (including its associated and related companies), their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).

c. Individuals purchasing the products on behalf of their company, organization or association (as per stated in purchase invoice or receipt) for the purpose of commercial or business use for the entity.

5. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PROMOTION:
a. End users may visit any of the partnering dealer stores to purchase qualifying Intel® Core™ Ultra or Intel® Core™ processors with ASUS/ROG motherboard (Z890/Z790/B860/B760/H810/H610) chipsets to redeem the Master Key.

b. All redemption of Master Key can only be done through our selected partner in offline physical store.

c. No online redemption submission required.

6. ASUS reserves the right to alter the timeline due to unforeseen circumstances without any prior notice.

7. The redemption is on first come first served basis and while stock last.

8. ASUS reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion and without prior notice to exclude a participant from further participation in the Campaign.

9. ASUS shall be under no obligation to notify the end user about the shipment date.

10. ASUS decisions on all matters relating to the campaign including the decisions in determining on end user will be final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondence or attempts to appeal, review or dispute of such decisions will be entertained.

11. ASUS reserves the right to substitute the Prize of equivalent or higher value in the instance of shortage or unavailability.

12. Prizes are not transferable, nor exchangeable for cash or any other goods.

13. By entering the campaign, the end user agrees to:-

Any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to ASUS for various purposes, including to communicate with the end user for purposes related to the Contest, to provide goods and services to the end user upon request and such other purposes ASUS may reasonably deem appropriate; or in relation to which end user has otherwise provided ASUS with consent.

14. ASUS may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their appointed agency, the end user’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of the end user for publicity and/or use in advertisement across all media, including without limitation, in ASUS publications, presentations, promotional materials on their website and/or social media, in its original or edited format and whether to promote the promotion or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation.

15. ASUS may at its sole discretion change the Campaign Period at any time without prior notice.

16. ASUS shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts in respect of the Prizes offered and published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials.

17. ASUS is not responsible for any misrepresentation of facts, injuries or loss of lives or valuables resulting from any of the Prizes won through this Campaign and further shall not be liable, whether direct or consequential, for any loss or damages or whatsoever suffered by the participants resulting from their participation in the Promotion or as a result of any act or omission on the part of ASUS.

18. ASUS reserves the right to modify or cancel this Campaign at any time, or change the Terms and Conditions for this Promotion, anytime without prior notice.
