    Promotion Event Terms and Conditions

     

    This promotion---- ROG MY X PC Game Pass Redemption (“Promotion”) is hosted by ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ASUS”).

     

    1. Detailed information with respect to how to participate and redeem in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitute part of this Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.

     

    2. The Promotion commences on (27 May 2022, 12:00 AM) and terminates on (30 June 2022, 11:59 PM) ("Promotion Period") and hosts within (MALAYSIA) (“Promotion Territory”).

     

    3. ONLY products purchased in Malaysia from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022 are eligible to redeem one (01) 1-month PC Game Pass token ("Items"), please refer to the list of SKUs above.

     

    4. Participants are required to purchase from selected ASUS or ROG Authorized Dealers.

     

    5. Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion.

     

    6. People who live in Promotion Territory and would like to participate in this Promotion during the Promotion Period acknowledge as follows:

    A. Participants (as defined below) shall be at least 18 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.

    B. You are only eligible (“Eligible Entrants”) to participate in this Promotion when you provide complete information i.e. name, email address, phone number, and address (“Personal Information”). Multiple submissions will be counted as one entry.

    C. Upon verification of the submission, eligible entrants will receive a confirmation from ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ASUS”) via email.

    D. The items will be sent to your indicated email address after the promotion ends (30 June 2022). The delivery date may be changed without prior notices. 

    E. The items have to be redeemed before expiry date, 31 July 2022.

     

    7. If there are inconsistencies or discrepancies of the documents submitted, participants' entry will be DISQUALIFIED if he or she fails to provide relevant documents requested by ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ASUS”).

     

    8. The items are subject to availability and NOT refundable, transferable or exchangeable for cash.
