The promotion – ROG Matrix Exclusive Purchase Access (“Promotion”) is hosted by AsusTek Computer Malaysia Sdn Bhd. (“ASUS”).

1. By participating in the promotion, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Promotion commences on January 5, 2026 at 00:00 (MYT) and ends on January 31, 2026 at 23:59 (MYT) (“Promotion Period”). The period to submit invoice or receipt on this Promotion site starts on January 5, 2026 at 00:00 (MYT) and ends on February 8, 2026 at 23:59 (MYT) ("Registration Period").

3. All purchases from the list of slected dealers within Malaysia on this Promotion site (“Promotion Area”) are allowed to claim. Products purchased outside of the Promotion Area will strictly not be entertained.

4. This Promotion is limited to one (1) redemption per participant. Any additional submission by the same participant using the same personal details & credentials will strictly not be entertained.

5. Only products listed on this Promotion Site is eligible for redemption. Any entry with products not listed on this Promotion Site will strictly not be entertained.

6. Products purchased via trade-in basis are strictly not eligible for the event.

7. In order to be eligible, all submission uploaded by participant must include:

i. invoice with the date of purchase clearly visible and the date is within the "Promotion Period" in this Terms & Conditions;

ii. invoice with ASUS product name & its serial number clearly visible;

iii. invoice with dealer store name and/or store address where participant has purchased the product clearly visible;

iv. invoice with the price of every eligible ASUS products clearly visible;

v. clear and legible photo of every eligible ASUS product's serial number which can be found on the product box or product itself;

Any submission that does not meet any one of the requirements mentioned above will be deemed invalid and will strictly not be entertained.

8. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that all entry details submitted on this Promotion Site is valid and accurate. Any appeal from participant pertaining to his or her failure to receive cashback or prizes due to wrongful submission will not be entertained.

9. You must follow the below steps on this Promotion Site for redemption:

i. Purchase an eligible ASUS Product stated on this Promotion Site during Promotion Period from a participating dealer in the Promotion Area.

ii. Submit the details required on this Promotion Site within the "Registration Period".

iii. Participant with eligible entry will receive a confirmation email via email address submitted on this Promotion Site within 30 working days after the Registration Period has ended, once your eligibility has been confirmed by ASUS.

10. If the participant has not received cashback or prizes confirmation within 30 working days after the Redemption Period has ended, it is the responsibility of the participant to contact the support team via contacus_my@asus.com to initiate an investigation.

11. ASUS Malaysia does not hold the obligation to inform user, in any format, who does not meet the eligibility requirement of the Promotion.

12. ASUS reserves the right to allocate Purchase Access Tickets at its sole discretion. Ticket issuance is limited and subject to product availability. Meeting the purchase requirement does not guarantee receipt of a ticket.

13. ASUS employees, employees from ASUS affiliates and/or partners or cooperating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors and their employees/relatives are not eligible to participate in the promotion. Moreover, corporate/commercial customers are not allowed to claim in this promotion.

14. ASUS reserves the right to amend, modify, shorten, cancel, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice. ASUS decisions on all matters related to the campaign are final and binding.

15. The Participants agree for ASUS to keep their personal data such as names, addresses, and other information listed in the ASUS online form through this promotion and under the ASUS Privacy Policy.

16. By submitting the registration form, the participant declares that he has taken note of and agrees to these conditions of participation. ASUS reserves the right to change or correct these terms and conditions at any time.
