This promotion---- ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED (UX5304) Pre-Order (“Promotion”) is hosted by ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ASUS”).  
  
1. Detailed information with respect to how to participate and redeem in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitute part of this Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrants (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.  
  
2. The Promotion commences on 28 April 2023, 12:00am and terminates on 15 May 2023, 11:59pm ("Promotion Period") and hosts within (MALAYSIA) (“Promotion Territory”).  
  
3. ONLY ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED (UX5304V-ANQ195WS / UX5304V-ANQ197WS)  pre-order in Malaysia within the promotion period are eligible to redeem an ASUS ZenScreen (MB16ACE) ("Items"). 
A. First twenty (20) eligible entrants who pre-ordered the ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED (UX5304V-ANQ195WS or UX5304V-ANQ197WS) will receive an ASUS ZenScreen (MB16ACE). 
  
4. Participants are required to pre-order from the ASUS Official e-Store or selected ASUS Concept Stores.  
  
5. Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion.  
  
6. People who live in Promotion Territory and would like to participate in this Promotion during the Promotion Period acknowledge as follows:  
A. Eligible Entrants shall be at least 18 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.  
B. You are only eligible to participate in this Promotion when you provide complete information i.e. name, email address, phone number, and address (“Personal Information”). Multiple submissions will be counted as one entry. 
C. Upon verification of the submission, eligible entrants will receive a confirmation from ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ASUS”) via email after the promotion period (15 May 2023, 11:59pm).  
D. The first twenty (20) eligible entrants who pre-ordered the ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED are required to submit the full payment purchase receipt.
E. The following eligible entrants will be recorded on the waiting list. If any of the previous entrants are disqualified, the items will be passed to the next eligible entrant.
F. Eligible entrants may receive the pre-ordered ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED (UX5304) by 31 May 2023. (Eligible entrants can choose to collect at selected ASUS Concept Store premises or arrange other collection methods with the store.)
G. The ASUS ZenScreen (MB16ACE) will be delivered on or before 30 June 2023  to the indicated address after the purchase is completed and verified. The delivery date may be changed without prior notice.  

7. The items are redeemable while stock lasts on a first-come, first-served basis. The items are NOT refundable, transferable or exchangeable for cash. 
 
8. If there are inconsistencies or discrepancies of the documents submitted, participants' entry will be DISQUALIFIED if he or she fails to provide relevant documents requested by ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ASUS”).
