Promotion Event Terms and Conditions

This promotion ---- ROG & TUF Gaming Laptop Vanguard Promotion 2023 (“Promotion”) is hosted by ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ASUS”).   

1. Detailed information with respect to how to participate and redeem in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitute part of this Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrants (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.   

2. The Promotion commences on 9 September 2023 and terminates on 31 October 2023, 11.59pm ("Promotion Period") and hosts within Malaysia (“Promotion Territory”).   

3. ONLY selected models purchased in Malaysia within the promotion period are eligible to redeem an ROG T-Shirt & ROG Ice Cube/ ASUS TUF Thermal Bottle/ ASUS TUF Towel ("Items"), please refer to the following list of eligible series.   

A. Buy selected ROG laptop series, get ROG T-Shirt & ROG Ice Cube; OR   

B. Buy selected TUF Gaming laptop series with RTX 4060 / RTX4050/ RTX 3070/ RTX 3060/ AMD R23M-S2, get ASUS TUF Gaming Oversized Bottle; OR   

C. Buy selected TUF Gaming laptop series with RTX 3050 Ti/ RTX 3050/ RTX 2050, get ASUS TUF Gaming Towel 

4. Participants are required to purchase from selected ASUS or ROG Authorized Dealers.   

5. Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion.   

6. People who live in Promotion Territory and would like to participate in this Promotion during the Promotion Period acknowledge as follows:   

A. Participants (as defined below) shall be at least 18 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.   

B. You are only eligible (“Eligible Entrants”) to participate in this Promotion when you provide complete information i.e. name, email address, phone number, and address (“Personal Information”). Multiple submissions will be counted as one entry.   

C. Upon verification of the submission, eligible entrants will receive a confirmation from ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ASUS”) via email within three weeks from the end of the promotion (31 October 2023).   

D. The items will be delivered to your indicated address within two weeks after the email confirmation. The delivery date may be changed without prior notice.   

7. If there are inconsistencies or discrepancies of the documents submitted, participants' entry will be DISQUALIFIED if he or she fails to provide relevant documents requested by ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ASUS”).   

8. The items are redeemable while stock lasts, on a first-come, first-served basis. The items are NOT refundable, transferable or exchangeable for cash. ASUS reserves the right to substitute the items with another of similar value at its discretion.
