You can inspect the back case of your notebook and locate the sticker label, or you can find it through different ways:
MyASUS: Open the MyASUS app; the serial number is usually displayed on the home dashboard.
BIOS: Restart your laptop and tap F2 repeatedly until the BIOS screen appears. The S/N will be listed under "Information."
Command Prompt: Press the Windows Key, type cmd, and enter the following command: wmic bios get serial number

You can check your warranty status through Warranty Status Inquiry.
Yes. You can purchase extended warranty by visiting an Authorized ASUS Service Centre or directly through MyASUS app.
Pick-Up & Return is a repair service where ASUS arranges a courier to collect your device from your doorstep and deliver it to an ASUS Authorized Service Center for repair. Once the repair is completed, the device will be returned to your registered address.
Drop Zone Service allows you to drop off your device at your nearest POS Malaysia Branch drop-off point.
Once the repair is completed, the repaired device will be delivered back to your initial drop-off point.
Submit your repair request through the ASUS Online Repair Request Portal. A Consignment Note Number will be generated upon successful submission and will be required for device collection or drop-off.

Yes. You must back up all data before handing over your device. ASUS is not liable for data loss or software issues occurring during transit or repair. Please back up all critical data, applications, and operating systems, and remove all external media (such as memory cards or external drives) prior to shipping your device.

Yes, for standard hardware defects. Most ASUS laptops come with a 2-year International Warranty.
- How it works: You can take your laptop to an authorized ASUS service center in any country that supports the International Warranty program.
- Exceptions: Accidental damage coverage (Perfect Warranty) is often Local Only and may not be available outside the country of purchase.
You have three ways to request a repair under warranty.
- MyASUS App: The fastest way. Open the app, go to "Customer Support," and select "Repair Service."
- Online Support: Visit the ASUS Official Support Site to start an RMA request.
- Walk-in: Visit an authorized Service Center in person.
The standard turnaround time is typically 7 to 14 business days. This depends on:
- Availability of replacement parts.
- Shipping time (if using a courier).
- The complexity of the repair.
Yes, but it will be a "Paid Service." Once the warranty expires, ASUS can still repair your device, but you will be responsible for:
- The cost of spare parts.
- Labor/Service fees.
- Two-way shipping costs.
- Walk-in Centers: Usually do not require an appointment, but it is highly recommended to check the local service center's hours first.
- On-site Service: If your warranty includes "On-site" repair, you must schedule a time with a technician via ASUS Support.
