How to provide proof of purchase (Malaysia)

• The product name which list on invoice should be matched with product picture.
• The product picture and invoice picture must can be verified completely.
• Invoice should be include below information:
  • Purchase date (Invoice date): Purchase date should be same as the date which type on website.
  • Invoice number: Invoice should have the effective number.
  • Product name & Product serial number: Invoice should have the product information (E.g. product name, product serial number).
  • Product price: The price should match with product.

• Valid invoice should have the above information.
• Handwritten invoice must have the reseller company stamp.
• Quotation, shipping order confirmation from reseller is not consider as valid invoice.
