ASUS Named Most Valuable Taiwanese Brand for 2022 by Interbrand

TAIPEI, Taiwan, November 22, 2022 — ASUS today announced that Interbrand has named ASUS the Best Global Taiwan Brand for 2022. This is the ninth year that ASUS has been recognized as the most valuable global brand in Taiwan. Brand value for ASUS in 2022 was US$2.163 billion dollars, an increase of 16% compared to the previous year.

"Even though the prevailing environment brought severe challenges, the ASUS team achieved an outstanding performance. It is an honor to be recognized by Interbrand as Taiwan’s most valuable global brand for the ninth time," said ASUS co-CEO S.Y. Hsu.

The Best Taiwan Global Brands survey is organized by the Industrial Development Bureau of the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs. Interbrand, the world’s leading brand consultancy, is commissioned to conduct the survey, evaluating and ranking brands based on brand awareness, customer loyalty, financial performance, and management strategies. Interbrand uses the survey data to identify the Taiwanese companies with the highest brand value.

ASUS achieved outstanding performance in multiple areas, according to the survey. This included the establishment of a cross-expert committee, management of the brand image across all ASUS product lines, and enrichment of its corporate culture and communications. In addition, ASUS has vigorously promoted innovation through collaborations with external industry-academic partners such as National Taiwan University.
