    Over de functie
    Als Marketing Specialist heb je een veelzijdige, uitdagende baan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van marketingcampagnes voor verschillende productgroepen in de Benelux. Samen met de andere teamleden zorg je voor een 360 graden marketing en communicatie richting de consument. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met onze resellers en distributeurs, media, YouTubers en streamers en andere belangrijke partners zoals vendors en gamepublishers.

    Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Marketing Specialist:

    • Het opzetten, uitvoeren en evalueren van marketing campagnes.
      De marketing manager zet de strategie uit voor de marketingcampagnes en activiteiten voor de verschillende productgroepen. Hieronder vallen o.a. channel marketing, online- en offline media en social media (Facebook). Vervolgens zet jij de activiteiten op en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de campagne, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met je collega’s van de sales- en marketingafdeling.
    • Het optimaliseren van de productcommunicatie door inzet van effectieve online content bij e-tailers en aansprekende POS materialen in de fysieke winkels.
    • Het organiseren van (deelname aan) evenementen, waaronder gaming evenementen en LAN parties, pers- en relatie evenementen en B2B events.
    • Je draagt zorg voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling en evaluatie van projecten en activiteiten en rapporteert de voortgang in wekelijkse updates naar de Marketing Manager en betrokken collega’s.
    • Je zoekt proactief naar nieuwe mogelijkheden en partners om onze producten te promoten en komt met creatieve ideeën die bijdragen aan onze resultaten.

    Over jou
    Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, beschik je over:

    • 1-3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
    • Een HBO of WO Bachelor in de richting marketing of communicatie.
    • Een gestructureerde manier van werken, zodat je de vele verschillende taken efficiënt kunt plannen en uitvoeren en nooit iets over het hoofd ziet.
    • De volgende karaktereigenschappen: proactief; enthousiast en positief; teamspeler; georganiseerd en gestructureerd; creatief.
    • Perfecte beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in zowel woord als geschrift.

    Function: Tax Manager

    Job Description

    The Tax Manager will be in charge of a wide variety of Corporate Income Tax, Transfer Pricing and VAT matters in EMEA such as tax planning, tax advisory, tax compliance, tax audit support to our European affiliates. An important part of the role will be working closely with Accounting/Finance team in Europe and in Taiwan, and Sales team in the Netherlands. This person will be based in Amsterdam, and will report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer in Taipei.

    Responsibility
    •Provide support and review on Transfer Pricing policies and documentations by working with local affiliates, and tax consultants according to applicable transfer pricing rules;
    •Planning of group strategy facing the changes set by OECD with BEPS;
    •Risk management of the group structure, supply chain and reverse supply chain in European region;
    •Interact with the sales team, accounting/finance team, legal team supporting business and customers to manage the tax compliance in the contracts and invoicing and accounting process;
    •Assist in European tax audit work as required;
    •Coordination and management of corporate income tax return filing process to ensure that all returns are completed and taxed are paid accurately and timely;
    •Support in the preparation of VAT returns, EU VAT listings, and intrastate declaration;
    •Improve master data process for fiscal purposes;
    •Remain up-to-date with the development in tax environment worldwide and provide knowledge management with accounting/finance and legal team.

    Qualification
    •Academic degree in Tax Law with a throughout understanding of Accounting;
    •Minimum 5 years of tax experience with pan-European taxes from one of the Big-4 accounting firms, tax law firms or accounting/tax department of a large multinational company;
    •Experience with Microsoft Office, excellent with Microsoft excel;
    •Experience with ERP, Oracle would be a big plus;
    •Professionally fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and oral). The interview will be conducted in Mandarin Chinese.
    •Additional European language is a benefit (Dutch, German, Italian, French, Spanish)

    Sales Administrator (Backoffice)

    Asus Computer Benelux is een jonge dynamische organisatie en altijd in beweging. Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een Sales Administrator voor versterking van ons Backoffice Team.
    Als Sales Administrator zal je op Benelux niveau verantwoordelijk zijn voor de Stock en Sell-Out rapportages. Je zult de schakel zijn tussen onze klanten en Asus, waarbij je zeer zelfstandig je collega's uit het Sales Team ondersteunt. De ideale kandidaat voor deze functie is een goed georganiseerd persoon met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels, heeft daarnaast oog voor detail, een voorliefde voor cijfers en beschikt over een grote dosis enthousiasme.
