Where do I find my serial and model number?

Both are printed on the label located on the underside of your ASUS laptop. The model number may also appear on your purchase invoice and the original packaging, and within the MyASUS app.

How are the offer chosen for my laptop?

Your model is auto-detected from the serial number, and the form automatically displays the offer available specifically for that model. Different models — Vivobook, Zenbook, TUF Gaming, ROG and ProArt — have different coverage options and durations.

Where can I get my ASUS laptop serviced in Nepal?

ASUS authorized service centers are available in Kathmandu and Lalitpur. After registration you'll have access to local on-site service, genuine spare parts and priority support.
