“That is why in support of the ongoing transformation in education, ASUS has created a series of simple yet powerful education-driven devices to assist schools like the Meradian School in enabling progressive learning in a fast-paced world in the new normal.,” Su shared.

For Arianne Melody L. Mista, MEM, TMSI Business Development Manager, the partnership was a breakthrough “in providing quality education, whether online or face-to-face program.” It is an opportunity to further the school’s goals of promoting ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) embedded curriculum and strategies.

“With ASUS Edukasyon Partnership Program, TMSI aims to enforce digital learning through quality devices and digital programs, enhance our teachers’ and students’ skills in technological advances,” Mista said.

The co-educational school offers complete basic education from kindergarten to senior high school. TMSI faculty members and its Supreme Student Government are said to become the primary beneficiaries.

TMSI also assists deserving students from the poorest of the poor in remote areas of Batangas through its Mobile Learning Hub program. ASUS Philippines opened possible plans of extending help through donations of pre-used ASUS laptops during the ceremony.

Moreover, Joan Anala, TMSI Senior High School Coordinator and Supreme Student Government Adviser, believed the “partnership will help us in providing pandemic-proof education.”

These programs provide provision to yearly development funds, computer laboratory enhancements, seminars on the latest technological trends and hardware fundamentals, internship programs, discounts to product availments, among others.
