a) The ASUSPRO “Software Starter Pack (SSP) Program - Intel® Ultimate Creativity Pack” Promotion will run from June 28, 2019 – November 30, 2019.

b) Master Key redemption will run from June 28, 2019 to January 31, 2020.

c) This Promotion is open to customers nationwide who purchase an ASUSPRO desktop or laptop device with Intel® Core™ i7 or Core™ i9 processor via our partner re-sellers within the indicated promo period. Listed below are the participating SKUs, with their corresponding SRP:

d) Each valid purchase will entitle the customer to claim one (1) Master Key, which allows the redemption of a free software bundle from Intel Corporation.

e) To claim their Master Key, customers will be required to send an email to asusredemption@gmail.com with the email subject as [ASUSPRO Intel Bundle Promo], and with the following requirements in the attachment or email body:

I) Name (First, Middle, Last) of the customer

II) Scanned copy or clear photo of a valid ID of the customer (front and back)

III) Scanned copy or clear photo of proof of purchase from participating re-seller containing the following:

i) Name of the customer

ii) Serial number of the purchased ASUSPRO desktop/laptop

iii) Date of purchase

f) The Master Key, redemption instructions, as well as a direct link to the terms and conditions set forth by Intel Corporation for the redemption process (https://softwareoffer.intel.com/offer/19Q1-04/terms), will be sent to the customer via e-mail from an ASUS Philippines representative.

g) Only one (1) Master Key may be redeemed for each purchase of a qualifying product. Cancelled orders or returned purchases are ineligible for the Offer. Multiple Master Key claims attached to a single valid purchase will not be honored.

h) Proof of purchase with more than one qualifying product may be used to claim the same number of Master Keys.

i) The software included in the offer is provided by third parties through their respective websites. ASUS Technology Philippines, Inc. will not responsible for any loss or damage of any sort resulting from the use of, or for any failure of, the software included in the free software bundle, unless the loss or damage is caused by our gross negligence or willful intent.

j) The software included in the offer is subject to their respective terms of use, privacy policies, and other relevant terms.

k) The software titles comprising the offer are for the customer’s personal and non-commercial use. As such, the customer may not transfer or sell their respective Master Key/s, any software, software license keys, software offer codes, products, or services obtained through the Promotion. Only the eligible recipient of the Master Key may redeem the offer.

l) A customer must be of legal age (18 years of age in many countries, including the Philippines) to participate in this Promotion

m) If a customer who wishes to join the Promotion has not yet reached the age of majority set by their country of legal residence (18 years of age in many countries, including the Philippines), a parent or legal guardian may participate in this Promotion on their behalf.

n) ASUS Philippines reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of each purchase. The winner’s purchase should be a valid order and must be within the promo period.

o) Employees of ASUS Technology Philippines, Inc. (direct hired or agency based), advertising agency or any of its related partners for this Promotion, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity and any other party who are directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the Promotion are disqualified from the Promotion.
