How to Join:
1. End-user must purchase select ASUS and ROG monitors
2. End-user must register their personal identifiable details on this site:
• Name
• Mobile Number
• Home Address
• Prize delivery address
• Product Serial number
• Product Name
• Purchase Date
• Purchase Store
• Invoice Number
• Scanned/Photo of the WHOLE invoice
• Photo of the serial number
3. Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent to the end-user confirming the successful registration.
Who can join the promo:
1. This promotion is open to all end-users who purchased select Asus and ROG participating product from participating dealers and authorized resellers nationwide during the promo period.
2. Employees of ASUS Philippines, (hereinafter the “organizers the promotions”), and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining.
3. By joining and participating in "Be the Best and Get the Rest" (“the promotion”) participants confirm, agree to, and acknowledge that:
a.He or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions;
b. ASUS Philippines shall receive his or her volunteered registration data and that all information supplied by him/her will be used by ASUS Philippines in accordance with its privacy policy;

Determination of Winners/Prizes

1. A total of four (4) winners (one (1) winner per product series) will be determined via electronic raffle.

3. Prizes are not convertible to cash

By participating in this raffle all participants and winner(s) grant ASUS Philippines exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, ASUS Philippines Website, or Official ASUS Philippines Facebook Page.

5. Only the end-users with VALID Proof of purchase of any Asus ProArt participating product will be determined as qualified to be chosen for the raffle.

6. Winners will be posted on ASUS' official Facebook pages on April 15, 2022.

7. Asus Team will contact and notify the winners via their registered email.

8. Redemption/Claim period is until 60 calendar days from receipt of the registered email. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of ASUS Philippines.

9. The ASUS Team will send in the item within 20 working days once your details have been confirmed.

10. Commercial and/or bulk purchases are disqualified from joining the promotion.
Promotion Event Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion – "Be the Best and Get the Best" ("Promotion"). is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”).
2. Detailed information with respect to how to join and receive the ASUS merchandise in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of the Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may, at any time, revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. You shall be bound by any such revisions.
3. The promotion commences on February 15, 2022 at 00:00 (GMT+8) and terminates on March 15, 2022 at 23:59 (GMT+8) (“Promotion Period”). The registration period will end on March 31, 2022.
4. The promotion will only take place in areas included in the Philippine territory. Those who would like to participate in the Promotion during the Promotional Period, you acknowledge the following:
4.1 You shall be considered as an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.
4.2 The Promotion applies to the purchase of Eligible Products.
4.3 Purchases from participating dealers within the Promotion Territory are allowed to claim.
4.4 The Invoice/receipt must state the date of purchase and a valid billing address and must correspond to local legal requirements.
4.5 You are allowed to claim one (1) set of ASUS product bundle per monitor product line.
4.6 Purchase of eligible ASUS Products and corresponding claims must be made in your country of residence and only from participating dealers.
4.7 This Promotion cannot be combined with a different ASUS promotion.
5. If there is no status update of the end-users claim, you may proceed to email asus.philippines@gmail.com to check. Please input the subject as [Promo Status] "Be with the Best and Get the Best!" In the mail body, include your name, delivery address, and the serial number of the claimed product.
6. ASUS reserves the right to modify the Promotion details without prior notice.
7. Corporate/Commercial customers are not allowed to claim in this Promotion
8. You must behave in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and must not be in violation of any applicable laws and regulations. ASUS reserves the right to verify the validity of Your qualification at any time during or after the Promotion Period. We also reserve the right to disqualify You from this Promotion including the game codes qualification if the Terms and Conditions are not followed or constitute any misconduct for tampering, or suspicion of tampering, with the Promotion without any notice.
9. In case you return the eligible ASUS Product, the Promotion claim will be canceled. Already claimed items have to be refunded to ASUS, plus an additional Php4,000.00 handling fee. Next to this, ASUS will take legal steps against fraudulent or abusive attempts.
